BULOG needed one real-time view of inventory, warehouse capacity, distribution, demand, and supply risks across the country, drawing on internal and external data, so shortages and delays could be addressed before they escalate.

Built an integrated control-tower platform combining data, analytics, operational monitoring, role-based executive and operational dashboards, early-warning and shortage-event management, and automated daily reporting and critical alerts.
